Weekend snaps

Married for 3 years, how time flies. We went out to celebrate at Newmarket in St Kilda, my new favorite restaurant. Their roast chicken takes 48hrs of preparation and cooking time and is the most amazing roast chicken I have every eaten - yum!!

I am so hopeless at remembering special dates, yes even Valentine Day, I know its shameful. GK went to work super early this morning and it wasn't until he got there did he realise we forgot to wish each other a happy V Day!

Hair-raising Thursday

My go to hairstyle of late is to quickly wrap my hair up in a bun in under a minute then race out the door. Let's admit it - I really need to spend more time on my hair as this can be a little boring.

I have come across some really inspiring hair do's that I'm goint to adopt this year - what do you think?

Don't know if I have the skills to create the below do - but it is super cute.

Obviously will be saving this one up for winter - such a great look and I love that you can look this great whilst having a bad hair day.

When all else fails - a la natural is always best (sometimes)

What has happened to summer, I spend most of the year craving hot balmy weather which is what we are supposed to be delighting in right now!! what is going on, this has been a super chilly summer indeed.

On the flip side I came across this special dress - if this was hanging in my wardrobe it would be getting a good workout right now. Really love the mix of patterns.
